A tranquil new dwelling built to a high standard and located in rural northamptonshire. FRC provided a full design and build service and produced an end product exactly as the client had envisaged.
Groundworks
Accurate and detailed installation of all drainage and sub-structure, in accordance with the structural engineer’s specification and to the quality required by building control.
Superstructure
The installation of an off site manufactured timber frame, to reduce costs, improve the speed of installation and to provide a better energy performance of the building. a complete design and build process for modern construction.
Sustainability
A high specification insulated timber frame that will be heated by underfloor heating throughout. The heating and hot water for the building will be provided by an Air Source Heat pump, an electric car charger was also included as part of this new build project. All detailed, provided, costed and managed by Front Row Construction.
